I refuse to let time take this part of my youth

I don't want to get lonelier. In school, you see friends everyday. While in the real world, rare texts and meeting up for deserved drinks, will suffice. Maybe I refuse to get lonelier in this way - what does that entail? I'd rather be a slave to the people I love, than a job I hate. I'd rather wait for the text message ping than the next customer at the till.

I refuse to let time take this part of my youth.
